Addition: Charging for flights in N reg aircraft without the appropriate commercial license. Fails to allow any defense to be filed and is simply peed off as his ferrying career is over. He got two long haul trips off me, now we have said enough is enough. He won’t get any work off any other reputable or self respecting ferry firm….”

Aside from his ongoing and known criminal activity of obtaining monies from customers by deception [highlighted in graphic detail again last week] it is quite feasible and very probable that he is operating around your aircraft and flying over your family homes uninsured.
(My/our known criminal activity, I assume that has been proven in a court of law by a judge???)
It is known that Weaver is promoting a bogus CV to hoodwink clients in genuinely believing that he is an experienced ATP with a valid medical to suit.
Knowing that he has neither. it is suspected he is also passing off this bogus information to insurers.
Who ever claimed I had a FAA ATP? Now I do have a FAA CPL with a valid medical which is carried with me, a bogus CV not even sure I have a CV as such)

As many will already know, the authorities would like a chat with Weaver, however a syndicate of disgruntled customers has know formed to fast-track the process.

Just to add for anybody’s public knowledge, Mr David Green is a coward who hides behind a computer, not so long ago documents were attempted to be delivered at his door, instead of answering that door he hid behind his curtains in his house. David Green is very good at sitting behind a computer making unsustained and untrue comments, but when it comes to the crunch he will cry victim every time. David you are in the position you are in because of your own actions, having ruined your own life you are now trying to do so to others. Let us expand on that below shall we:
1) Why do you claim you are based in the UK and California when you are indeed BANNED from the USA for Fraud and the jail spell that you completed in the 80’s?
2) The information you provide when your stalking or attacking people is very vague. Again for the benefit of the public allow me to expand. You were also on your “throw the dummy out the pram Bizjet Forum” not so long ago slagging off a one “Neil Drew were you not” you know the man who is/was married to your ex-wife. After she left you for your behaviour or for whatever other reason you decided to start a personal vendetta against them
3) It is well known by some and speculated by various authorities and the Insurance companies involved that you deliberated ditched Piper Lance G-LUNA in the English Channel. Is it not ironic that shortly before that happened the aircraft was insured for a very large sum of which when you deliberately ditched it the insurers involved paid out so you could walk off with close to $200,000.
4) Your recent escapade with the Cessna 421 lead to you being badly hurt in that accident, I do not wish that on anybody but yet again the insurers who were actively on to you were simply unable to prove a criminal involvement. Yet again however you “allegedly” walk off with tens of thousands of insurance money after you recovered. Was it not evident at the time of your “alleged” financial misdoings that you had been unemployed for several years after being sacked as a structural engineer for “allegedly” conning expenses with you being some £50,000 plus down in your mortgage repayments you thought you would take the law into your own hands
5) Now the only involvement we have ever had was when a ferry tank was sold to you and I was paid a petty £1000 plus unjustifiably low expenses to go and collect a Piper Lance for you, registration: N9141Z, the aircraft you purchased with the payment from the insurers after the total loss/sinking of G-LUNA. You were more than aware that on once reaching Canada due to the awful weather it was agreed for me to return at a later date when the conditions allowed to save you the cost of me sitting in a hotel. But hey what do you do, you hire somebody else then have the audacity to complain to the police in which we did give a statement which was filed as you know as NFA. For those of you who have no idea what NFA is, it’s a term used in primarily the UK as “No further action”.
6) Now you and a few competitors wish to vent your anger on me, that is fine I am a big boy and take it, intact its rather entertaining. The matter still remains you sit at home on benefits trying to destroy other peoples lives, I have 5 letters from various people about you and you behaviour including your former wife and people involved in aircraft dealings with you.
7) Wanted,,,, that is funny. Funny how somebody who travels so much with no travel restrictions is wanted, funny how nothing comes up at a immigration checkpoint, but again you enjoy lying for a living, I think I still have the extract from where you threatened to Destroy me, tell me did you tell the so called authorities that?
8) I whilst done wasting any more time defending myself from you unproven, unfounded without basis or merit allegations and attacks will add the following: Anybody who wishes to see a copy of my medical, licence or logbook can do so, that includes any authority when I am flying as PIC with valid in-hand insurance papers,,, unlike some.
9) The only person in need of medical help is you Mr Green, but we both know by the order of one court late last year you were ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation don’t we after some how should we say – personal matters.
10) The success and growth of my firm despite you and a few others wanting a bigger slice of cake has been through hard work and a commitment to this line of work by investing thousands of hours in building up.
11) Assets, sorry no UK assets,,,,, a reward, sounds very much like another threat to me, whilst I will not hold my breath about anything being done about your behaviour and actions I do invite you to come see me. Just a date and a time if you shun away from your BT Internet connection that is.

Weaver targeted heavily on PPRUNE today, luckily police stepping in. Anybody who backs him is claimed to be the author’s (all) of this entire site. Emergency injunction was attempted to be served on Green this week. He must have a big fridge. Court orders for release of identities in the process. Well we don’t mind defending Weaver to a extent.
In relation to any posts in favour of those who back anybody Towers has a issue with they are quickly removed from the domain. What is happening is illegal, it is harassment and cowardliness. Weaver has already stated he is happy to meet anybody to serve documents within Switzerland or Romania, still no offers. Very Tony Blair to me.
